Central Fund of Immovables Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Łódź, was established by a founding deed in 2001 and commenced operations in the same year in the development and investment segment. From the beginning, the company acquired a significant portfolio of assets and, over the years, built an appropriate management structure, forming a Capital Group active in sectors such as: hospitality, gastronomy, investment real estate, and housing. The company has also built substantial asset value, including investment properties exceeding PLN 1.5 billion.
Having operated for many years in the investment and development sector, and currently owning over 80 commercial properties located in Poland’s major metropolitan areas, the company has created its own branded entities operating in the following segments:
- Hotel industry, through the creation of the CFI Hotels Group, which manages a network of 17 hotels and hotel-conference facilities. The company continues to develop new hotels using its land bank and investment properties, designated for future hotel, conference, and leisure facilities. In the coming years, the company plans to expand the CFI Hotels Group network to over 30 facilities in Poland, as well as launch hotels abroad.
